This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information when you visit our website, shop with us, enter a giveaway, sign up to our emails or otherwise interact with us.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

  • Your billing and delivery addresses

  • Your Instagram username, if you enter a giveaway

We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers.

GIVEAWAY terms & conditions

RAE Redlight Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is [legal business name], trading as RAE Redlight, ABN [ABN], of [business address] (“Promoter”).

2. Giveaway period

3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a valid Instagram account and can receive delivery of the prize in Australia.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, entrants must complete both steps during the Giveaway Period:
  1. Visit the RAE Redlight giveaway landing page and complete the entry form with their [required details, including Instagram username].
  2. Follow [@RAE Instagram handle] on Instagram.
Entrants must provide accurate contact details and follow the account at the time their entry is verified. If an entrant’s Instagram account is private, the Promoter may contact them for reasonable evidence that they follow the account.
Entry is free, and no purchase is required. Standard internet access charges may apply. Limit of one entry per person.
5. Prize

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from running as planned, the Promoter may make changes, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
