Returns
We offer a 30-day return on all unopened, unused itemsin their original packaging. If the mask isn't right for you, we'll make it straightforward to return.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
- A prepaid return label is provided for all Australian returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
For hygiene reasons, opened or used devices cannot be returned. If your device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Warranty
Every RAE mask is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid exposure, dropping, or unauthorised modification. It also does not cover cosmetic wear from normal use.
To make a warranty claim: contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll resolve it without making you work for it.
